Why
AgriTrack.
Four engineering principles. Zero compromise. Built for operators who can't afford downtime.
Industrial-grade systems for the world's most demanding growing environments.
AgriTrack was built out of a single observation: most pipe rail systems on the market were designed for convenience, not longevity. They worked well enough at first — until the season got heavy, the rows got long, and the maintenance bills started arriving.
We engineered our systems from the ground up for operators who run at scale, who can't afford a machine going down mid-harvest, and who need a supplier that answers the phone when it matters.
Every design decision — from the hydraulic lift tolerances to the way the battery cabinet opens — is made with one question: will this still be working perfectly in year fifteen?
Four reasons
operators trust us.
Every component in an AgriTrack system — rail profile, joint connector, scissor-lift carriage, and drive chassis — is manufactured from structural-grade steel specified for continuous cyclic load in high-humidity agricultural environments. We don't use commercial-grade substitutes. Our material selection is benchmarked against the same standards used in heavy industrial lifting equipment, not consumer-grade greenhouse tooling.
Structural steel throughoutSpecified for continuous cyclic load, not just peak load ratings.
Corrosion-resistant finishMulti-layer coating system rated for high-humidity greenhouse environments year-round.
30-year design lifespanComponents are sized and treated to outlast the growing facility itself.
Our hydraulic scissor-lift system is engineered to deliver smooth, shock-free vertical movement at every point in the stroke — no jolts at the top, no bounce at the bottom. This matters because vibration at height means crop damage, operator fatigue, and accelerated mechanical wear. The lift speed of 3–5m/min is adjustable and electronically governed, not dependent on fluid viscosity or ambient temperature.
Zero-shock hydraulicsElectronically governed lift with smooth deceleration at both travel limits.
Adjustable lift speed3–5m/min range, set via the control panel — not a fixed orifice.
250kg rated platformLoad-tested to 1.5× working load limit as standard.
A new greenhouse system going into operation a week late is a week of revenue lost. AgriTrack machines arrive pre-assembled and pre-commissioned. There are no loose wiring looms to run, no hydraulic lines to bleed on-site, and no specialist tooling required for installation. Our standardised pipe rail interface fits the most common greenhouse rail profiles used globally, and our installation teams operate to fixed project timelines with daily reporting.
Pre-assembled deliveryMachine arrives ready to run — no on-site hydraulic commissioning.
Universal rail interfaceCompatible with all major greenhouse pipe rail profiles without adapters.
Fixed project timelinesInstallation teams work to contractual schedules with daily progress reports.
Every AgriTrack machine ships with a 1-year warranty and access to our 24/7 technical support line. All major electronic components are housed in a single, clearly labelled cabinet that any trained technician can access without specialist knowledge. We stock critical spare parts for a minimum of 10 years after each model's production run ends. Remote diagnostics are available via the onboard control system for the majority of fault conditions.
1-year full warrantyParts and labour included. No exclusions for normal wear items in year one.
24/7 technical supportDirect line to AgriTrack engineers — not a third-party call centre.
10-year parts availabilityGuaranteed spare parts supply for a decade after each model's production ends.
Built to standard.
Verified independently.
Our systems are designed, manufactured, and tested to meet the certification requirements of every major market we operate in.
All AgriTrack pipe rail systems carry full CE marking in compliance with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, covering structural safety, electrical systems, and operator protection.
Our manufacturing facility operates under an ISO 9001-aligned quality management system. Every unit undergoes a documented pre-delivery inspection and load test before leaving the factory.
All electrical enclosures and control panels are rated to IP54 — fully protected against dust ingress and water splash from any direction. Essential for greenhouse environments with overhead irrigation.
Platform and safety rail systems are designed to meet EN 280 requirements for mobile elevating work platforms, including guardrail height, toe-board specification, and load distribution.
The 24V DC electrical system operates well below the 50V AC / 120V DC threshold requiring additional safety approvals in most jurisdictions — reducing compliance overhead for greenhouse operators globally.
Every unit is proof-tested to 1.5 times its rated 250kg working load limit before delivery. Test reports are included in the machine documentation package supplied with each unit.
